Thank you for shopping with Cosmic Essence. We are committed to carefully preparing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
- Crystal bracelets may undergo energetic cleansing and preparation prior to shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Canada: 7–14 business days after shipment
- International Orders: 10–30 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or other government-imposed fees
- Any customs clearance charges
Cosmic Essence is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout. Cosmic Essence is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at clientcare@cosmicessence.shop. We will do our best to assist before the order ships.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery may be subject to reshipping fees or deducted shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Cosmic Essence is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Verify the delivery address.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Contact us for assistance if needed.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at clientcare@cosmicessence.shop.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays

- Postal carriers
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing
- Labor disruptions
- Incorrect customer information
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
