Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and the energetic preparation process performed prior to dispatch, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Personal preferences regarding appearance, energy, or metaphysical properties
  • Orders delivered as described

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your request, please provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund, where appropriate

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Delays

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact the shipping carrier. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
